Shipping
You should receive an email order notification with a tracking number to track your shipment. We ship via USPS, so once your order ships, you can typically expect to receive your order within 3-7 business days. Shipping schedules may vary during high peak holiday times or shipping industry delays.

We only ship within the United States. We do not ship internationally.

Returns
Soap Products: Soap Farm does not accept soap and soap set returns. Our soaps contain pure essential oils which can be subject to extreme climates. Additionally, returned products generate over 4 billion pounds of landfill waste per year in United States alone. Unfortunately we don't cover stolen or misplaced packages if the tracking number status is delivered.

Robes: Robes can be returned for a partial refund (shipping costs will not be refunded). A free shipping label for the return will be emailed to you upon contacting Soap Farm with the following information listed below.
